Jason Legear, the chef-owner behind the Levain Bistro (sadly now closed), has been publishing his food foraging recipes on Facebook for the last several weeks. The recipes were too good to disappear into the ether and have now been curated into a book – Go Wild! by Levain.

There are seventeen recipes, most include ingredients that you can find in parks and woodlands.
