Dezerland Auto Museum, Orlando, Florida, USA

Dezerland Park is a huge entertainment venue created from an ex-shopping mall. Within Dezerland is the largest auto museum we’ve ever visited.

The first vehicles you encounter are the Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo and Lady Penelope’s Rolls Royce from Thunderbirds.

After that there are dozens of rooms and hundreds of vehicles. One of the first rooms is crammed with movie cars, like this ECTO-1 from Ghostbusters.

What is amazing is that such an iconic and valuable car is crammed into a small space.

I won’t try to identify every car. The place is amazing. My only criticism would be the use of creepy-looking mannequins, that only serve to cheapen the look of the place.

If you’re interested in cars, you could spend several hours in the Dezerland Auto Museum. There is also a separate, smaller, James Bond car museum which we didn’t visit as we’d seen all the cars at another venue.
