St. Peter’s is Riga’s tallest church. The tower’s observation deck, accessible by elevator, provides beautiful views of Riga’s old town and surrounding city.

In the following picture, you can see the Central Market and behind that the Academy of Sciences building – the one that looks like a mini-Empire State Building. That also has an observation deck.
