Krakowskie Zakąski is a dive bar and garden just a minute’s walk away from Kraków’s old town square. Don’t be scared to visit!
A small passageway leads from Sławkowska street and into a courtyard with tables and a garden with deckchairs.
You have to visit the bar to order a drink. The bar staff are friendly and seems to know their cocktails – I just had draft Czech Kozel dark beer when I visited. There doesn’t appear to be any food available.
The place fills up with a lively young crowd and the music reflects their taste.
I really enjoyed my visits – this despite being the oldest person there and not able to speak Polish. So don’t be scared, give it the place a try.
