Thanks for being part of BugAdvisor.com and wishing everyone a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.
Here are my favourites from 2018:
The UK’s Royal Mint issued 26 new 10p coins, each features a design that is intended to reflect things that are quintessentially British.
Giudecca Island is only a ten minute boat ride from the main sights of Venice. The island is attractive, peaceful and mostly residential.
There are a number of levada walks that you can take from Camacha in Madeira. The Levada dos Tornos is interesting as there is a 100m tunnel halfway through.
Flamenco at La Madriguera de Mai Bar/Restaurant, Seville, Spain.
El Caminito del Rey (The King’s Little Pathway) is a walkway, pinned along the steep walls of a narrow gorge in El Chorro, near Ardales in the province of Málaga, Spain.
My partner, Martina Krupičková, was chosen to appear in Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year Season 4 Episode 6 first screened 8pm 20th November 2018. The location was Inveraray Castle and my review of the Sky Arts event is here.
And as 2018 comes to a close, I still don’t know if Javier Cordero Gilsanz, Director of Barceló Bávaro Palace Deluxe Hotel, Dominican Republic is just a fake name or that he’s locked in the cellar beneath the Club Premium office – Javier, if you’re real, I hope they at least let you out to watch the New Year fireworks and have a glass of Champagne!
