The 500 Restaurant is outside the centre of Prague, not far from Hradčanská Metro station. A yellow Fiat 500 sits above the bar. The interior is rustic. But how was the food?

We arrived early evening and were welcomed by a dog, whose owner was sitting in the outside garden.

We sat inside and had this view to the bar.

A 0.15l glass of Primitivo was 88 Kč. I forgot to ask for a carafe of tap water and so I don’t know if they charge for that or not.

Duck breast, with carrot, fava beans, pumpkin, spinach, pink pepper sauce 289 Kč.

The duck was pretty good, although I think the Botič Restaurant in Prague 4 – Michle is still the best in Prague.

It was dark when we left.

The service was friendly and the food nicely presented. If you find yourself in the area then you’ll be okay at the 500.
